Avané Clinic is a specialist cosmetic dermatology and plastic surgery clinic with two locations in Nairobi: Yaya Centre in Kilimani and United Nations Crescent in Gigiri. The clinic is led by Dr. Pranav Pancholi, a board-certified specialist dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, working alongside board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon Dr. Shaban Saidi and a full team of aesthetic doctors and clinical aestheticians.
Treatments span three areas. Surgical procedures include facelift, rhinoplasty, blepharoplasty, liposuction, tummy tuck and breast augmentation. Non-surgical treatments cover Botox and Dysport, dermal fillers, thread lifts, PRP therapy and IV vitamin infusions. Medical skin care ranges from laser skin resurfacing, chemical peels and microneedling to dedicated acne and pigmentation programmes designed for all skin tones. Every treatment begins with a consultation of 30 to 45 minutes, where your doctor assesses your goals and recommends a personalised plan.
Dr. Pancholi opened Nairobi's first laser skin centre in 2008 and has introduced advanced platforms from Lumenis, Sofwave, HydraFacial and InMode to East Africa, alongside AI-assisted mole mapping for skin cancer screening. Consultations are available six days a week at both branches, with Sunday hours in Gigiri — book by phone, WhatsApp or online.
